What do you use?

What do you use for your tools of the trade? Do you use a camera? Do you use a tablet? If so which one? I am curious what other artists use the most. Tell me!

Right now I've been using a 105 mm macro lens mostly but I have an 18-55 mm and a 55-250 mm lens also. How about you?

I shoot with a Sony a350 at the moment with a 50mm 1.7 mostly. I am hopefully going to make the switch to canon after about a month. Hopefully with a 40d and a 100mm macro to start out with.

yah this is my first DSLR so I don't have much to compare it to but I really love my Canon.

i have a nikon d40 with standard lens.......i should use it more really =/ and maybe i should get some more lenses too =/
and then software wise i use gimp, PDN, and serif stuff
although for my school projects i use photoshop cs2 :P

I have two cameras that I switch between. I use a Sony Cybershot with Ziess lens for detailed and macro photography, and a Kodak-something-or-other for color. I also paint with acrylics and camel hair brushes, and (very rarely) sketch with charcoal and ink. I use whatever paper I can get my hands on. :bounce:

Programs I use for editing are: Picasa from Google, Photoshop express (because I am poor) and lunapic.com

I've been teaching myself a smattering of 3d rendering, but nothing's finished yet. I use Art of Illusion and Blender.

strange. havn't heard of the few you mentioned last. should def look into photoshop. cs4 is pretty amazing. but base your purchase off of the knowledge of where it will get you and how you can sell your creation.
